THEO JOHN (Champlin Park H.S., Minn.)- John had a double-double Tuesday, scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds in Champlin Park’s 85-75 win over Park Center. The future Golden Eagle also scored 14 points in the team’s 94-45 win over Blaine last Friday and 12 points, eight blocks and six rebounds en route to the team’s 20-point road win over Hopkins.
IKE EKE (U-D Jesuit, Mich.)- Eke and U-D Jesuit went 1-1 this week, defeating Bloomfield Hills Brother Rice last Friday but falling to Catholic Central Tuesday. Eke’s point totals for each game were not available. U-D Jesuit is now 8-3 this season.
