The Marquette Golden Eagles faltered on the road again, losing 3-0 to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor Monday night.
They have now dropped their last three games after starting the 2018 campaign 2-0. Their record is now 2-3 overall and 0-2 on the road.
Marquette’s offense has been nowhere to be found ever since they scored seven goals in their first two games of the season. They have only scored one goal in the last three games and have been struggling mightily to generate shots on goal.
They were outshot 14-7 during the match, and freshman goalkeeper Cedrick Stern struggled in net.
