While the men’s basketball team is experiencing a bit of turbulence in terms of their bracketology outlook from week to week, the Marquette women’s basketball team has leveled out a bit.
Head coach Carolyn Kieger and her squad wrapped up the regular season on Sunday afternoon on a five game winning streak over the past three weeks, and on Tuesday, ESPN’s Charlie Creme had them as a #8 seed in the NCAA tournament in his bracketology snapshot for the third straight week.
After pitting MU against Tulane last week, Creme slots the Golden Eagles into an 8/9 game against Oregon, with the game taking place out in South Bend, Indiana.
