Last night, as time expired in the first quarter, Marquette’s Natisha Hiedeman took off lickity-split and buried a half-court shot to give MU a 25-24 lead over DePaul in the Big East women’s basketball championship game.
As you might expect, that kind of action earned Hiedeman a spot in the ESPN SportsCenter Top 10.
Just try to ignore the fact that they got her name wrong (it’s Natisha, not Natasha) and they got the final score wrong (86-78, not 91-83) and that they didn’t mention that it was the Big East title game.
