For the first time since 2013, YOUR Marquette Golden Eagles women’s volleyball team is ranked in the AVCA top 25 poll.
With 165 points, Marquette is the #25 team in the country this week. Colorado sits at #24 with 192 points, while Iowa State is first in the Receiving Votes department but is well off Marquette’s pace with just 88 points.
The question that immediately comes up once you wedge yourself into the top 25 is always “How long can you stay there?” That’s a pretty solid question for Marquette right now, as they will be hosting not one, but two top ten teams at the McGuire Center this coming weekend.
