Last week, Marquette men’s soccer had a record of 2-0-0 and as a result, earned 22 points in the United Soccer Coaches top 25 poll.
Since that poll was released, Marquette has lost three matches, and to the surprise of no one, they are no longer receiving votes in the most recent poll.
That’s not ideal.
As was the case last week, there are two teams on Marquette’s schedule in the latest top 25. However, it’s not the same two as last week. Villanova moved up two spots to #13 after defeating Penn State over the last week, while Creighton jumped into the poll at #25.
