On Thursday, Class of 2018 top 25 prospect Quentin Grimes included Marquette as he cut his list of schools down to seven. The Golden Eagles will be competing for Grimes’ services along with Arizona, Baylor, Kansas, Kentucky, Texas, and Texas A&M.
247 Sports’ Composite system ranks Grimes as the #21 player in the Class of 2018, the #5 point guard in the country, and the #1 player in his home state of Texas. With only Joey Hauser in the fold for 2018, Marquette has the #26 recruiting class in the country and the 4th best in the Big East.
