2019 Guard James Bishop Commits To LSU

Related Topics: Nico Mannion, Arizona

Well, I’ll tell you what: Things have officially gotten weird in Marquette men’s basketball recruiting. Nico Mannion recently trimmed his list to just Arizona or MU before committing to the Wildcats exactly one week later and foregoing his official visit to Milwaukee.

Something relatively similar has happened, as Class of 2019 top 150 guard James Bishop committed to LSU two weeks before he was scheduled to take an official visit to Marquette.

I mean, there’s nothing wrong with that, of course. Once a guy knows the right choice for him, he should shut the whole process down and simplify his life.
