Manchester United star Paul Pogba has hit back at his critics by declaring: “No one can tell me how to play.”
Ahead of the World Cup in Russia, there are serious doubts over whether or not Pogba will start for France in their opening game against Australia.
In a recent poll in popular magazine France Football, 73% of the readers voted for the 25-year-old to be dropped after a poor performance against Italy in a recent friendly.
The former Juventus man was jeered by the supporters in Nice and his substitution was met with ironic cheers by the crowd.
