Wolves STUN Manchester United at Old Trafford as Joao Moutinho's late strike ends Ralf Rangnick's unbeaten start and leaves struggling Red Devils trailing in the Champions League race

Manchester United thought they had weathered the worst of it until the 82nd minute.

Substitute Adama Traore took on Luke Shaw and clipped a cross to the penalty spot where Phil Jones headed clear. The ball fell to Moutinho who rifled it past Scott McTominay’s desperate lung and beyond David de Gea.

And there it was. Wolves’ first win at Old Trafford in 42 years and a thoroughly deserved one at that.

The only surprise was it took them so long to find a way past a dismal United.
