The South American, a cult hero with the Reds' following after his double strike at Liverpool in 2002, was due to take part in the recent Legends of the North charity fixture against Merseysiders.
However, he was cruelly denied the opportunity to run out at the Theatre of Dreams again because of travel problems, and missed feeling the warmth of the club's support.
Yet, speaking ahead of that event, Forlan was asked whether his own chant was his particular favourite, or if there were others that he liked and enjoyed.
"Ooh now, there were many and now it’s difficult for me to remember," he admitted in our interview.
