West Ham are looking to accelerate their pursuit of Manchester United's Jesse Lingard now the midfielder has been cut from the England squad, according to reports.
Lingard was named in Gareth Southgate's 33-man Three Lions provisional squad for this summer's European Championships, but the 28-year-old did not do enough to make it into the final 26-man side for the tournament, which begins this week.
The midfielder enjoyed a successful loan spell at the Hammers earlier this year, which ultimately proved the difference for David Moyes' side earning a Europa League spot.
