The much-decorated former Red reminisced about his time with the Reds during an exclusive interview with our official magazine Inside United.

There were so many highlights from his time at Old Trafford, including being part of two Champions League-winning squads and providing the assist for Cristiano Ronaldo's header in the 2008 final against Chelsea, in Moscow.

Twice a winner of the Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year award, he also won five Premier League titles under Sir Alex Ferguson, before joining Sunderland in 2011.

The one incident he regrets came in November 2002, as United suffered a shock defeat to Zalaegerszeg in a Champons League qualifier.
