Juan Mata has made no secret of his love of exploring Manchester and he was recently joined on a visit to some of his favourite places in the city by actor and lifelong Reds fan Dominic Monaghan.
The first stop for the duo was, of course, Old Trafford where Juan talked about the buzz of stepping out of the tunnel on matchday and Dominic talked about his experiences watching from the stands. Mata then took Dominic to the Whitworth Art Gallery, a place he always enjoys spending time.
The pair later ventured to the city's Northern Quarter where they spent time browsing some records at Vinyl Exchange and discussing their favourite bands and the influence of music on Manchester.
