United Women 2019 20 Ins and Outs

This guide will keep track of all the confirmed incomings and outgoings as manager Casey Stoney reshapes her squad ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.

Midfielder Jackie Groenen was the first signing announced during the off-season and she met up with her new team-mates after a busy summer at the Women’s World Cup, where she helped lead the Netherlands to a runners-up place.

Jackie had previously played for FFC Frankfurt and is the first overseas signing for United Women.

She was quickly followed by Abbie McManus, who, like Gronen, was in France during the summer.

Part of Phil Neville’s England Women’s squad at the World Cup, McManus joined the Reds from our local rivals Manchester City and brings a wealth of Women’s Super League (WSL) experience.
