Manchester United continues to work closely with Stonewall throughout its activities within the area of equality, diversity and inclusion, which supported the club’s achievement of the Premier League Equality Standard Advanced Level in June 2019.
United’s ongoing commitment to LGBT+ inclusion has further developed during 2019; a year which has seen the club work with fans to launch our first LGBT+ Supporters Group, Rainbow Devils.
This has coincided with continued efforts internally, being led by the club’s Pride Network. This work was recognised by the LGBT+ inclusion organisation OUTstanding, who named Group Managing Director Richard Arnold as one of its Top 50 LGBT+ Executive Allies for the third year running.
