Deji Sotona opened the scoring with a close-range strike in the 29th minute, and when the hosts hit back five minutes after the break through Tyler Onyango, the Reds almost immediately regained the lead with a lovely solo run and finish from the left by Anthony Elanga.
Sotona's second goal came when he earned and converted a penalty in the 66th minute and although Everton replied again with Tom Cannon firing home, Neil Ryan's young side did enough to see out the away win and return to Manchester with three more points in the Under-18 Premier League North.
