Tottenham's Eveliina Summanen has been banned for two matches for 'successful deception of a match official' after an incident involving Manchester United star Ella Toone.
The Finland international midfielder, 24, was found by the Football Association to have committed a clear act of simulation which resulted in Toone being sent off in Tottenham's 2-1 Women's Super League defeat to United on February 12.
Toone, who has had her red card rescinded, pushed Summanen in the shoulder in reaction to a previous challenge.
The Tottenham player, who was on the floor when the challenge occurred, proceeded to hold her face despite there being no contact.
