Former Manchester United youth-team player Joe Thompson says his heart is filled with gratitude following a huge response to the news of his ill health.
In an emotional interview that aired last Friday morning, the MUTV pundit revealed he has cancer for a third time and is currently undergoing treatment.
A proud husband and father, 35-year-old Joe is aiming to raise £250,000 to cover the costs of his ongoing treatment and to potentially discover the root cause of his recurring illness.
