'This may sound harsh but treat everybody that's not in your household as if they have the virus': Inter Milan's Ashley Young gives his advice on tackling coronavirus as he opens up on experience of illness in Italy

Ashley Young has posted a series of tweets advising people how to prevent catching or spreading coronavirus.

The former Manchester United defender moved to Inter Milan in January and has seen the illness grip Italy, where there have been almost 7000 deaths.

He felt moved to give advice online and urged those going out in public to take all the precautions they can.

He wrote: 'Hi everyone, just wanted to share my thoughts given I'm currently living in Italy, the epicentre of the virus.
