Steve Cooper admitted he remains in the dark about his long-term future at Nottingham Forest after the club slipped into the bottom three.
Forest’s 2-0 defeat at Aston Villa on Saturday left them in the relegation zone for the first time since early January and follows a statement last week from owner Evangelos Marinakis, who said results and performances had to improve.
Asked about the security of his job, Cooper said: ‘I am not sure about that. It is not something I think about, in terms of the impact the result might have on what people are thinking.
