Torpey joins from Brentford, where he has led the rebuilding of the Premier League club’s youth structure, including the relaunch of a full Academy programme from Under-9s to Under-18s.
The UEFA A licence holder has almost two decades of experience in elite Academy coaching and management, having previously led Academy coaching across all age groups at Manchester City and the Foundation phase at Liverpool.
