Although the Red Devils insist he is not for the sale, the 37-year-old has asked them to accept any suitable offer that comes in.
While there are not many teams who would be able to match Ronaldo's ambition and current wages, his agent Jorge Mendes has spoken to clubs such as Bayern and Chelsea in recent weeks to test whether there is a market for his client.
