Ralf Rangnick's new sports psychologist at Manchester United, Sascha Lense, is the father-in-law-to-be of Chelsea star - and rumoured Old Trafford target - Timo Werner.
Rangnick, 63, kickstarted his stint at United with a 1-0 victory against Crystal Palace, and he has also begun to overhaul the club off the field after making two additions to his backroom staff.
Lense, joined RB Leipzig in 2015 and then worked heavily under United's new interim boss before Ralph Hasenhuttl's appointment. He has also been at Dynamo Dresden and Schalke in recent years.
