Recognition for Harry Maguire's excellent performance against Germany for England earned him the trophy on Tuesday, following in the footsteps of team-mates Victor Lindelof and Paul Pogba.
During the group stages, Lindelof was the star man in Sweden's 0-0 draw with Spain, a day before Pogba collected the prize for his accomplished display as France beat Germany 1-0.
Hopefully, our other players remaining alongside Maguire in the tournament - Luke Shaw, Marcus Rashford and David De Gea - may also get a chance to get one of the UEFA Star Man accolades.
Some individuals have won the trophies a couple of times - Sergio Busquets, Romelu Lukaku, Leonardo Spinazzola and Denzel Dumfries - but in terms of different victors per club, United are now joint-top.
