Rashford the big-game player shows his mentality

We'll never know if VAR would have disallowed Marcus Rashford's shot in the dying seconds of normal time on Sunday, ruining what would have been riotous celebrations.

What we do know is our no.10, who showed his anguish and utter disbelief as his finish sneaked wide of the far post, following an expert touch to control Christian Eriksen's through ball, did not let it affect him.

This is because Marcus has proved, time and time again, to be a big-game player for his boyhood club, Manchester United.

His record against the top sides speaks for itself and his ice-cool response to Scott McTominay's astute pass levelled the scores at 3-3, and allowed us all to rejoice in the most marvellous of climaxes in the Emirates FA Cup quarter-final.
