Manchester United interim boss Ralf Rangnick has confirmed he has spoken to incoming manager Erik ten Hag over WhatsApp as the Dutchman prepares to take over at Old Trafford.
Speaking at his Friday press conference ahead of United's match away to Crystal Palace, Rangnick said: 'We've been in contact via WhatsApp and hopefully we will have the opportunity to meet and speak in person, either at the weekend or Monday morning.
'I'm looking forward to speaking to him and getting to know him in person.'
