Paul Scholes names Man United's worst EVER signing - saying he was 'unprofessional' and couldn't even kick a ball

Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has named the club's worst ever signing as he criticised a former team-mate's professionalism.

Scholes career at Old Trafford spanned two decades with the midfielder forming a key part of Sir Alex Ferguson's trophy winning teams.

He won 11 Premier League titles, three FA Cups and won the Champions League on two occasions.

Scholes discussed Man United's worst signings during his time at the club on an episode of the Overlap.

The midfielder offered a defence of Argentina midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron, who joined Man United in a then English record £28million move in 2001, but failed to live up to expectations during two seasons at the club.
