Valencia boss Marcelino García Toral has hailed his centre midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia as currently better than his French compatriot Paul Pogba.
Valencia went to Sevilla last weekend and put in an excellent performance winning 2-0, with Kondogbia singled out for praise from his manager.
Sevilla went on to knock Manchester United out of the Champions League a few days later after winning at Old Trafford with Pogba struggling to have an impact on the game.
Pogba still received a call up to the national squad despite his bad form while Kondogbia was once again overlooked, much to his manager's frustration.
