Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho believes Paul Pogba's price tag is behind some of the criticism he has received this season.
Pogba rejoined United in the summer for a world record transfer fee of £89million from Juventus but has had an inconsistent season at Old Trafford.
And his manager Mourinho thinks the Frenchman's transfer fee might be affecting people's perception of his performances and hopes the record will be broken again to ease some of the pressure on Pogba's back.
