Ole Gunnar Solskjaer enjoys a proud dad moment as daughter Karna wins her first trophy in Manchester United colours as the women's under-21 team lift the WSL Academy Cup

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer enjoyed a proud dad moment as his daughter Karna won her first trophy with Manchester United's women's team on Wednesday night.

United's under-21 team thrashed Birmingham City 4-1 to win the Women's Super League Academy Cup at St George's Park with 19-year-old Karna playing just over an hour before being subbed off.

She played an excellent through ball to set up Alyssa Aherne to score the second of United's goals in the win, having also played a roll in Aherne's opening goal in the first-half.
