Neymar won't leave Barcelona because no club is prepared to meet his £195million (€222m) release clause, according to the club's sporting director.

Speculation has intensified surrounding Neymar's future at the Spanish giants recently with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain showing interest.

The Brazilian signed a new five-year contract last June, which includes a buy-out clause of £195m.

That figure is expected to increase to £219m in a year's time.

It is for that reason Robert Fernandez, who deals with recruitment at Barcelona, believes the Brazilian is staying put at the Nou Camp.
