The 23-year-old Academy graduate has this week reported for international duty with Scotland after a two-week summer break, having been with the United squad for our Europa League semi-final on 16 August.
McTominay admits he has missed the game during that fortnight of rest and has been particularly excited to link up with his Scotland team-mates again, who he hasn’t seen since October 2019.
Scott now hopes to feature in the UEFA Nations League matches against Israel on Friday and Czech Republic next Monday, as he explains during an appearance on the Official Scotland Podcast.
