Match-worn shirts to be auctioned for UNICEF

The campaign aims to provide urgent humanitarian aid to children who are in emergency situations around the world, due to crises such as war and natural disasters.

From the very first kick of the ball against Brighton, fans worldwide will be able to place their bids on the shirts worn by the players during the game.

Following the match, these very same shirts will be signed by the players, cementing their position as unrivalled pieces of sporting memorabilia.

The shirts will then be handed over to fan engagement and fundraising platform, MatchWornShirt, and they will be professionally disinfected through state-of-the-art UV-C technology to remove all traces of bacteria, DNA, and viruses whilst maintaining the match-worn elements and signatures that make these shirts one-of-a-kind.
