The Reds were unable to break down the opposition at Old Trafford, with debutant Bruno Fernandes forcing several saves from Rui Patricio in the Wolves goal and Diogo Dalot going close late on.
The 0-0 stalemate means that United remain six points off the much-coveted Champions League spots as we head into the winter break.
