Marcus Rashford matched three Manchester United legends when he netted from the penalty spot for England on Sunday.

Our no.10 struck from 12 yards to level the scores against Belgium, with the Three Lions eventually going on to beat the world’s number one side 2-1 in the UEFA Nations League.

Rashford has scored in each of his last four competitive internationals, after his 2019 efforts against Bulgaria, Montenegro and Kosovo during qualifying for Euro 2020 – the forward missed the September games against Iceland and Denmark through injury.

That’s a mark only a trio of former Reds have managed – and all of them are massive names, both for United and the national side.

Sir Bobby Charlton was the first, with the 1966 World Cup-winner scoring against Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales in 1960 in the British Home Championship, plus Luxembourg in a qualifier for the 1962 World Cup.
