Anthony Martial has said he feels "much better" after suffering a clash of heads with Watford's Daryl Janmaat during Manchester United's 3-1 Premier League defeat at Vicarage Road on Sunday.
Martial, 20, collided with Janmaat and seven minutes later lost the ball in the buildup to Watford's opener before being substituted holding his head.

However, the France international reassured fans of his condition on Tuesday by tweeting: "Feel much better today.
