Manchester United's Aaron Wan-Bissaka 'wants to win back his place in the England squad and will resist switching allegiances to DR Congo' despite facing strong competition for right back spot ahead of Euro 2020

Aaron Wan-Bissaka is desperate to force his way into Gareth Southgate's England squad ahead of next summer's Euros and will resist switching allegiances to DR Congo, according to reports.

The right back has not made a senior appearance for the Three Lions after he was forced to withdraw from the squad when he received his only call-up to date last August.

The Manchester United defender has not been selected since and faces strong competition for the right back spot with Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Reece James all currently ahead of him.
