Newport County set up the money spinning tie after securing a 3-1 win over non-league Eastleigh in a third round replay on Tuesday night.
Both sides knew the reward for victory would be hosting the Premier League giants, with the draw made after their 1-1 draw in their initial match.
Aaron Wildig, James Clarke and Will Evans scored for the League Two side to book their place in the fourth round.
Man United, who beat Wigan 2-0 in their third round tie, will now travel to Wales seeking to avoid a seismic shock.
