Manchester United are monitoring Vancouver Whitecaps prospect Alphonso Davies.

The 16-year-old winger, who was born in Liberia but is now a Canada U20 international, has been attracting clubs from across Europe with his performances for the Whitecaps and made his first-team debut in June last year.

He is a pacy left winger but can play in a number of positions across the front line and in midfield.
