Manchester United star Marcus Rashford features on GQ's front cover this winter as he wins Campaigner of the Year award for his charity work to end child food poverty in the UK

Marcus Rashford has been recognised for his work in helping feed vulnerable children by men's monthly magazine GQ.

The Manchester United star features on the front cover for the winter issue, released next week, after he won the outlet's Campaigner of the Year award.

The England international forced the Government into a second U-turn in five months earlier this month as Prime Minister Boris Johnson agreed to fund an extra £400million of free school meals.

Rashford, who has been honoured with an MBE, has spearheaded efforts to ensure that vulnerable children are not left to go hungry amid the coronavirus pandemic and works closely alongside charity FareShare to help those in need.
