Manchester United have sent scouts to watch Jeremie Frimpong whilst in action for Bayer Leverkusen.

Frimpong, formerly of Celtic, has impressed this term for the Bundesliga side in a variety of roles on the right flank and has managed to get a call-up to the preliminary Holland World Cup squad.

The signing of Frimpong would continue Erik ten Hag's Dutch shopping spree as he looks to embed his own style onto his United squad.
