The Reds are one of eight teams taking part in a bid to win a trophy lifted last year by Liverpool.
The group stages will be played on Saturday 4 January, with the finals staged on the following day.
It is a six-a-side competition with the matches consisting of two halves of nine minutes.
United have been drawn in Group B, alongside Stuttgart, Porto and Borussia Monchengladbach, with Eintracht Frankfurt, Rangers, Red Bull Leipzig and Rapid Vienna making up Group A.
The club has also entered a team again in the International Sparkasse & VGH Cup, another indoor tournament which is being held next week.
