Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea does not travel to Sunderland due to 'problem' says Jose Mourinho as Sergio Romero starts on Wearside

David de Gea is not in the Manchester United squad to face Sunderland in the Premier League on Sunday, with Sergio Romero starting on Wearside.

Spaniard de Gea has played every single league game so far this campaign, but has not travelled to the Stadium of Light, with youngster Joel Pereira on the bench.

Manager Jose Mourinho said that de Gea has a minor injury which keeps him out of the game away to the Premier League's bottom side, but will be fit for next weekend's game against Chelsea at Old Trafford.
