Manchester United have handed a trial to Helsingborgs prodigy Alex Timossi, according to reports in his native Sweden.
The 16-year-old, who made his senior debut earlier this month, has been hailed as a future star of Swedish football.
He has already spent time on trial with Bayern Munich and now United want to have a closer look at him.
Despite Helsingborg having league fixtures over the next two weeks, the striker has taken advantage of a break in his school term time to head to England.
Jose Mourinho is now set to run the rule over Timossi to decide whether he is worth snapping up.
