Manchester United and Chelsea could be set to battle it out for the signing of Juventus defender Gleison Bremer, who could cost over £50m.
The 26-year-old has impressed during his time in Italy, winning Serie A Defender of the Year in 2021-22 and earning three caps for the Brazilian national team.
With Napoli’s Kim Min-jae looking increasingly likely to be playing his football with Bayern Munich next term, Bremer has been identified as a viable alternative, according to Calciomercato.
Bremer is a versatile right-sided centre-back, who made 30 league appearances for Juventus last season after signing from their local rivals Torino, where he spent four years.
