City will host United at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 3 March, with the contest getting under way at 15:30 GMT, a slightly earlier kick-off time than usual for this slot.
The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK.
It will be United's first league appointment in March, a month where we're also set to face Everton and Sheffield United, at Old Trafford, and Brentford, in the capital.
The journey across town follows hot on the heels of the Emirates FA Cup fifth round, which will be played during the preceding midweek.
