Man Utd star Mason Greenwood, 21, is rebailed and faces trial in a year's time after appearing in court over attempted rape, controlling behaviour and assault charges

Manchester United footballer Mason Greenwood has appeared at Minshull Street Crown Court to face accusations of attempted rape, assault and controlling and coercive behaviour.

The 21-year-old striker, who has been capped once for England, was re-bailed until a hearing on February 10 next year.

His trial date was set for November 27, 2023, with the case expected to last 10 days.
