Manchester United have confirmed winger Amad Diallo will miss the start of the new season through injury.
The Red Devils begin their Premier League campaign against Wolves at Old Trafford on August 14.
The club revealed on Thursday that Amad, 21, will not be fit for the 'first part' of the campaign.
Amad picked up the injury in the 2-0 victory over Arsenal in a pre-season friendly on July 23.
Amad will therefore also miss this weekend's double-header against Lens and Athletic Club.
