Kieran Trippier would have been 'perfect' playing with Cristiano Ronaldo and Manchester United 'missed a trick' in letting the full-back head to Newcastle, believes Gabby Agbonlahor.
England international Trippier was in the north east this week to seal a £12million switch from Atletico Madrid to join relegation-threatened Newcastle.
Agbonlahor believes Trippier, who boasts Champions League pedigree, would have perfectly complimented Ronaldo as he is a pin-point crosser of the ball, unlike, he says, Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

'When I watch Manchester United, and I don't know if you agree, Ronaldo must be so frustrated from the right-hand side because I love Wan-Bissaka defensively, but he can't cross a ball,' Agbonlahor told talkSPORT.
